OT: New Jaguar lineup

This morning I saw a car I did not recognize. Looked nice, but unidentifiable until I saw it's tail. A nice luxurious sedan, with a front end the likes of a Vanquish... or was it a Maserati ?

Nope; the tail revealed it was a Jaguar. Totally unrecognisable from what the make was to me just recently. I went on the jaguar.ca website, and could not help but think of how resemblant to the Aston Martins. I can only tell you it was an XJ or XF that I saw this morning.

They have totally changed looks. Makes me wonder that the make was bought by Aston Martin or whatever entity that holds the latter.

But they have gone back to their origins with the XK, with lines and features reminiscent of the venerable "E" type. That, at least, looked like a "Jag" to me.

My, my, how things change.
