E34 header questions

I found headers on ebay for my year car 1990 but it says european model only what is the difference between a euro model and my 1990 bmw 525i american model please help

I wouldn't even touch the ebay ones. Thin metal, won't last long, and too cheaply made. I've heard bad things about them. Do you have the M20 or M50 engine?

Im pretty sure i have the m20 motor but i dont have tons of cash to spend on headers most of the better ones are 1000+ unless you know of any that are good quailty but not really expensive

To be honest, it's a waste of money to buy new headers on an M20. Any difference in power will be entirely unnoticeable on an e34. The same goes for an intake or exhaust. If you still buy those ebay ones, would you want to spend money and have to replace them sooner or later anyhow?

Just my thoughts and opinion.
