Default Borbet Type H - what size rings do I need?

I picked up a pair of borbet type H rims, and I know I need to run hubcentric rings with them. Tirerack only sells rings for rims that they sell, and Borbet is not on the list. I have found other sites that sell rings of various sizes - how do I know which size ring I need for my 525? The rims are 15 inch.

What were they originally made for? I have 15" Type H's on my e28 without hubcentric rings.

i don;t know. The previous owner had them on his e34, he said he used hubcentric rings but he had lost them by the time he sold the wheels to me.

I believe BMW's, outside of the e39 and z3, have a 72.6mm hub. The e39 has a 74.1mm hub. Measure the inside of the wheel, where it fits onto a hub.

That site has some rings with measurements too.

I think many aftermarket wheels designed after the intro of the E39 have the larger 74mm hub bore making them usable on all the others with hub rings.
I think it a safe bet to order the 72/74 rings if you need them at all.
