HELP! Z3 battery died, jump-started, car won't start

Help! My 1999 Z3 had its overhead light left on and the battery died. We jumpstarted it, but now the engine won't turn over. Is there a "reset" or something I can do?

no click? or the lights does not dim when your trying to start the car ?
