Default Anyone tried these Rain-x blades on their E34 ?

I see that some OEM's are going to this style blade. Was curious if anyone has tried one on their e34. My blades are chattering bad right now, so its time for some attention.

Haven't tried the blades but I use the windsheild solution....Great stuff

You might run into a problem with the drivers side since it has a reverse J hook. I cut and welded mine so I can fit a standard setup.

I have been using the Bosch Icon blades which are similar to the ones you are asking about. I am happy with them and have had them on for about a year. No noise and no skipping is a bonus.

I have the 'reflex' wipers which are the same thing and I think they are great.

I think I got the same as Tim eh? They do a good job. However, I had to go for 20" and 21" instead of the 20" - 22" setup, because it was too long. No snow accumulates on them, which is great.

Isn't 22" & 24" the stock lengths? That's what I'm running on mine. But I'm running PIAA Silicones in stock assemblies (PIAA assemblies don't work), not the Rain-X blades.

I've been using Bosch Icon and very please. They really do work much better than old fashion kind. One thing you should know if getting Bosch Icon, you CANNOT use 24" blades like the stock if using Bosch Icon. It won't fit. I'm using 22" on both driver and passenger side and it fits good.

Do the blades account for the funky-ness of the drivers side arm or are there modifications required ?
