Rear Defrost not working

last winter the rear window defrost worked just fine, now it doesn't. the light comes on when i push the button for it, but the window never clears. a big ice storm came through were i live and this problem has made my life difficult. over the summer i took the car to the dealer to fix an AC problem and now the rear defrost is out. could they have disconnected this when they were inside it? i don't know. plz help....

The fuse for that is under your rear seat. Look very carefully. Had the same problem and the fuse looked ok, but it wasn't.
