Battery voltage specs at idle?

My results in red this afternoon at about 4:00 est with a temperature of about 15 degrees. Car soaked in cold for about 8 hours. My conclusion, I do not have a problem which is good news.

No key no nothing : 12.80 volts 12.32 volts
- engine idle everythings fan at usual position (2) else OFF : 13.98 V about 13.98-14.00 volts
- engine idle rear window defogger ON : 13.95 V 13.97 volts
- engine idle rear window defogger OFF fan at max speed (4) : 13.95 V 13.97 volts
- engine idle rear window defogger ON & fan at max speed (4) : 13.92 V 13.94 volts

glad to hear it... claude's numbers are a massive help to me too. standing battery voltage will vary with temperature.

i love beating dead horses... fwiw i didn't mention - i get those numbers too when the engine is cold. my voltage drops off a cliff after the car's been running 5-10 minutes.
