Bad FLorida Shell Gas
Hey anyone get the bad shell gas in florida? I definitely have it in my 87 325is the fuel gauge only goes down to 1/2 tank & it's empty and it moved back & forth. then last night it gave me run on after I shut it off. I just adjusted the valves in it Saturday replaced valve cover gasket and honed throttle body with a full tank of this #%@@^%$. put the claim in w/ shell today. Let me know if anyone else has has problems
nikasil plus heavy sulphur is not a good combination!
Is your 540 a nikalzed block?
