sunroof help please!

for the last few days i have been having my roof motor jerking aroung or not work at all.
sometimes i have to crank it open or closed once with the allen key in order to get it going again... sometimes perfectly, others times jerky and stalls halfway!

I lubed the hell out of it and it seems to run evenly , then after some rain, it is totally dead ..... ?????????

any of you guys ever have a jerky roof?!

check your electrical connections to the motor? a loose or corroded connection could cause the same symptoms.
