    Default Miglia Wheels. Advice Needed.

    http://newyork.craigslist.org/wch/pts/919628198.html

I'm fond of Miglias and have seen them on E34s before.

Assuming the damage is as minor as the seller claims it is:

    1. Would I need to buy spacers to get them onto my car or do anything else?
    2. Is this a reasonable price?

Any other thoughts or opinions are welcome. Thanks!

The price is great considering the tires. But, indeed you'll need spacers, and you'll have to find out what the offset is. I personnaly would not go with 18 inch, because you're in for a rough ride on those, but in NY you have much better roads than we do in Quebec.

I'm running 17 inch offset 35mm wheels with 15mm spacers to bring it down to et20. I think they were for e46, but I'm not sure. Hubcentric spacers are a must I think.

Another thing comes to mind: some 3 series owners get lower offset for their rides and run them with no problems. The wheels stick out a bit further, giving some better cornering and stability. Not much chance of them rubbing inside, at the rear at least, but perhaps at the front wings when turning.

So it's always possible that these are 5 series offset, if not seven series (a bit further out) since they are 18 inch.
