Good to see the board has been up this whole time. For the past month +, i've been trying to log into bimmer.info, and have not been able to pull the page. I tried searching for the ed's email in google, figure that I might be able to get "into" the server by clicking on an archived post, and voila! bimmernut works again.

I thought that something bad had happened to ed, and that his priorities had shifted to more important things.....

I used to always come to this site via google (instead of typing in the address) and I wonder if, during that month or so, google was linking to a page that didn't exist?

How come http://www.bimmer.info wasn't resolving all this time anyhow? (I was elsewhere most of the time but noticed it a couple of times).

bimmer.info seems to work today. i don't know why the hell that is, but i was checking the site often enough that I figured i should have gotten lucky at least once if it was resolving it as was intended.
