What is 1991 Dinan 535i Turbo Worth

I found this question on RF, have really no idea, so I pass that question on to you folks. What is your opinion?

Quick question.

I have an opportunity to purchase a 91 535i with 59K on it.

I was wondering ballpark figure wise what it is worth.

Dinan Stage 4 Suspension
Dinan Stage 2 Turbo( upgraded by Dinan to a larger ball bearing turbo)
Dinan Big Six upgrade to 3.7L
Dinan Big Brake Kit
Dinan upgrade 5 speed manual


It has all the service records including the Dinan work and window sticker.

I have owned e39s, but this would be my first e34 adventure.

Condition assumed to be excellent, less than an equivalent M for sure.
59k interests me more than being a hotrod. Thin market for it but $6-$8k I'd GUESS.
