Really, now do we need a $20 tool to aim washer nozzles? I mean, how much trouble is trial and error?

I'm sure any BMW shop with the tool would be happy to sell it to you. In twenty years I never saw anyone use it more than once.

mine are real hard to adjust, seems its 1 position or the other with no area in between and both way off lol.

Try using a long push-pin.

does not get far enough into the pisser to move... maybe they are partially clogged? Safety pin would NOT go in any of them. Did not try a sewing needle, afraid of it busting off, will try with pliers tomorrow, good idea now that I think about it. That guy behind me on the freeway will be happier.

I bought a set of sewing needles and if you're careful you can adjust them with one . Just find the thickest one which will fit as far in as one will go. I have found how they come apart though and those little tips can be completely removed from the nozzle assembly to be cleaned and probably even polished with some metal polish.. I found one of the heating wires had busted off when I opened one. It just pops open from the side somewhere. I used a jewelers flat head or perhaps called an eyeglass screwdriver, real thin and like a cm wide just twisted it and it popped open. Two nozzles, a spring and a little rubber piece all come out so watch where you open it .

Sewing needle will not bust off. They will just bend. My nozzles were stuck, so I just took a sewing needle and wiggled them loose.

Took about 5 minutes to get everything right.
