Sunroof gasket

My sunroof gasket (the gasket which are shown from outside when sunroof is closed) seems to be loosening some places. Ive checked the gasket, but it seems glued on or something (?) Couldnt figure out how it was fastened really.

Can this gasket be changed without removing the sunroof? It seems easy enough, although better safe than sorry :-)

Also, is there some known trick to make the gasket seat in nicely again? (glue etc)
