    Default '95 750 for $11K?

Saw a 'purple' '95 750I w/ 145K KMs in the parking lot at work for $11,000.

I know the market here (Germany) is a little skewed but that seems very high.

Sure the interior is nice, but it has manual ventilation controls, and the paint looks good for being a very light shade of purple...needs tires (dry rot).

Sign says 'new fuel pump.' Aren't there two (of everything) on the V-12s?

I have always been told to run from the V-12s due to the special mechanics required, hence the high repair costs.

So why should somebody pick up a mid-90's 750?

Because you have a lot of spare cash burning a hole in your pocket, and you like the idea of a V12 run by two separate Motronic DME's instead of one?

You mean these cars need maintainence?

I thought you just drove them, put gas in it and said friggy diggy.

A 750 with manual controls? Those Germans.
Yes, two of most everything and one tremendous hole in your pocket.
$11k will buy you a lots newer example here, especially when the owner is faced with one of those maintenance or repair bills.
Great cars if you can find one that is properly cared for.
