Reply With Quotewrong plugs for sure, other cap was severely compromised at the same rotor point. 2 wires on this side were somehow cut and arching near the boots, the 1st side had 2 replacement wires that weren't looking up to it. looks like a lot of heat hangs out here.
new plugs all started into the bores, need to snug them up... thank goodness my son is small as the last rear one is almost impossible to deal with as there is some hose or wire in the way.
Will fire up tomorrow and see how bad it is with the busted plastic connector that goes to an unknown area of the lower engine.
no check engine light would be welcomed here. free beer and smoked ribs for those lucky enough to show up in time :o
Edit: Not wrong plugs, old ones were F8LCR single electrode ground, replaced with NGK BKR6EQUP with 4 electrode thingies
