question about my aftermarket keyless crap

I've installed it long long ago, followed the intructions off their site for the 535i. unlock works but lock never did, even though I wirerd it to the lock power wire. May I have done something wrong? instructions for the lock could be wrong or do I need to do something extra.

BTW, the unlock feature on the remote does unlock the double lock.

is it set for positive pulse on both wires? a positive pulse will lock it. apositive pulse on the other wire will unlock

positive pulse on both= double locks.
