since o2 sensors are new, clean MAF, change air filter, change plugs... thats what I did when I had the same symptoms.. and oh yeah, floor that m50 of yours... maybe it had too much city driving in it....
1992 525i, m50. CEL, o2 sensor code. Changed o2 sensor, ran great for 5 minutes. 10 minutes later started fine and then VERY rough idle (car bouncing rough) and CEL. MAF code this time. Disconnected MAF and it runs OK. Does something need reset or do I need a new MAF?

New plugs, new air filter, cleaned MAF, drove it for 40 miles; no change. All but stalls when stoppped, does not like throttle changes. MAF disconnected, it runs OK. ANy other suggestions? My indie is on vacation for another couple weeks.
Clean idle control valve... if this still doesn't fix it, it is most likely the MAF is bad. Test the MAF.
Check for intake air leaks. The rubber boot between the throttle body and the air filter box is prone to cracks.
