Default Replacing front crank seal - what else?

The front crank seal is leaking oil. Obviously to get to it, a lot of stuff has to be removed. What else should I replace while I've got all that crap out? I've got new belts, what about tensioners/pulleys?

    Thanks!

A good time for a water pump and maybe t-chain guides.
Have fun with the crank nut.

Is the only way to do this to remove the lower timing chain cover? Do you have to remove the timing chain?
