auto transmission shifter

Hello,
The little shifter cover that covers the mechanical workings when you shift into drive are broken on my car. Ive been trying to figure out how to get the cover off to get to it. Any Ideas?

Pop the "PRN4321" cover off and you'll see 2 screws underneath. Remove those, disconnect the switch connector underneath, remove shift knob and slide the whole thing off.
