    Default E60 brakes on an e34?

    Will they work? The hub size is the same... mabey BMW placed the carrier bolts in the same place as well! Wishful thinking I know, but I figured I would ask!

    Be bold, try it I dont think anyone's really tried that yet. I think we might be getting one soon in the family, maybe i'll rip it apart and try it

    I might go over to the BMW parts place... the guys there know me lol... maybe they will let me try and put on a carrier!

    The locating pins and rotor hold down screw are in the wrong places.

    There's a thread on the m5board where a guy in Russia took E60M5 rotors (re-drilled the locating pin hole and hold down screw holes) and Mercedes SLR calipers and mounted them up to an E34 M5. Looked like a good bit of custom work was involved to do it.
