disabled conversion

Due to a problem with my feet I need to start looking at converting to disabled throttle & Brake for use by hand.

Wondering if anyone has looked at it or done it and can give me some details

Stop by almost any dealership (usually a Dodge or Chrysler) that has vans, they will tell you where they send their vans to be fitted with the equiptment for wheel chair vans etc.
