1990 525 differential question ..help..

i have a 1990 525i 5 spd and my girlfriend about a month ago totaled my 525 automatic.. i have the 410 gear from my auto car and it has very low miles on it.. my 5 spd 525 has the 373 and from what ive read on here the upgrade would help the car alot. my problem is my 5spd car has the winter package and has th lsd rearend .. it spins posi trac every time. is it a real hard job to just change the ring and pinion or can it even be done..or can i add the limited slip componets to my 410?? any help would be greatly appreicated ..if this is a bad move does anyone wanna buy a 410 gear for an e34?? thanks for your time......
