    Default Nesting bird in dash?

Every 5 to 10 secs I get this irregular "chirp"

    Goes like this: "chirp. .. .. .. .. chirp.. chirp .. .. .. .. chirp .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. chirp" and so on..

It isnīt really loud but gets on my nerves during any prolonged drive.

Should I call a vet or have anyone of u guys had the same noise coming from the dash? Sorta impossible to locate, sounds like its around radio/air con controller somewhere!

I get that when it's really cold out, but it's a steady chirping. It's the fan, in my case, of the ventilation system. It stops when the cabin gets warm enough.

On my E32 there are 2 small fans, which made this chirp.
    1. small fan behind the IHKA control panel, which circulates the air thru a small funnel where the temp sensor is
    2. the small fan for cooling the e-box, where the MOTRONIC etc. is installed. In the E32 it sits on passenger side behind the glovebox right at the firewall.
They are as small as a PV fan.
