Default Need help! silicon hose is damaged

    Hi everyone,
I have a Bmw 530I-1995. Today when i was trying to remove the Crankshaft sensor I found out that a 3/4 inch internal diameter , 2/3 foot long, silicon hose is damaged (its location is right beneath the radiator upper hose). It connects to a small housing and a metal pipe. I don't know what it is and I try to find this part but no luck. Anyone knows about it please let me know. Thanks a lot. Sj
