Umm, is this supposed to look like this? It looks like some punk riced it up in the '80s.

no, no, that is Hartge design in that time, orioginal in 1986.
Well, the automatic transmission might not be the best choice in other countries, but from viewpoint of the former owner it was thr right choice to travel in this crowded country.
Just stop and go in most places.
Many years ago I had a Nissan with manual gear. That was really troublesome in traffic jam and city traffic.
My left leg looked like the one from Arnold Schwarzenegger in his best days from pushing the clutch all the time

That car is too good as a daily driver, that should be bought by a collector. Have never seen a Hartge E30 in such a good condition.
But apparently the right fans are already in the game, if you see how the price went up.
3 offers so far, the last one just > than doubled the 2nd offer, and that is probably not the end till Feb. 17.

if memory serves me correct the car isn't that slow it has a really rare 24v head that has some extensive valve and shaving done to it. Racing dynamics made 1 also but I think there was only a handful ever done.

Nice and cheap price for such an exceptional nice car.
