That is not enough information but I try to help you as far as possible.
First of all you always have to indicate the model and engine type and month and year built. You say 1990. So it should be a E32. Engine? 735, manual or automatic? In case of automatic transmission it would be a 735iA.
In case you have the long version, it would be a 735iAL, or a 740iA, or a 750.....
All these data you find on myu website under VIN decoder.

Then download there the onwers manual, that will help you too.

And when you ask something, a better more specific description in the subject line helps a lot.

Does air come out? If not, replace the microfilter. But as I do not have your exact month and year of production (1990 can also mean 10/1989 production), I am not sure if you have a microfilter at all.

before that read the welcome introduction I made

That means, include in your signature there the exact model, engine, and month and year of production, that is needed to help you in detail.
    Read thru this
    http://www.e38.org/e32/
    microfilter change is shown there.

It could be that the blower motor has bad bearings, but that can also have smaller problems, such as leaves inside the housing.
Go again to my website below and click the site of GALE, he has a write up to replace the carbon brushes on the blower motor, so you can see how you can get to it.
There are a lot of things one can find in the filter and blower motor

Buy yourselves a Bentley Repair Manual for the E32, a must for the DIYer.
There are sometimes disocunt offers online or used ones.

Welcome to the world of the E32.
Please also read on my website under 'before buying' what to check, that is good for a good check of the car you own now.

Thanks, try the info I have given you above already. I assume that your 1990/05 production date does not have a microfilter, but better check as there was some confusionb even inside BMW org. Usually there should be a sticker inside the gloebox compartment saying that there is a microfilter installed.
Remove the cover of the blower fan, maybe just some old dry leaves inside which make the noise.
To make it easier for you, go to top and click user C/P and add in your profile

    E32 735iA 1990/05 M30B35 U.S. spec.

    that will be perfect.
    Thank

Buy the bulbs from Autohaus Arizona
    Instrument Light; 12V/1.2W Instrument/Dashboard Bulb; Green/Black Socket
    62131383311 $1.91
    http://www.autohausaz.com/search/pro...rument%20Light
You need the black ones, not the blue ones. The dealer will sell you the wrong blue ones as that is wrong in his parts catalog. You need 3.

"do i need to bleed the whole coolant system becasue i took the coolant resevoir off?"

No need, just let engine run till coolant is warm, switch on heater and refill to notmal level.

"Help also my light wheel i think is locked up on snow can not go anywhere and at 40mph the wheel shakes like no tom."

Use the search with the word shimmy and you have to read for hours. Or visit my website, go to BRUNO's link and click suspension, he mentions which parts to change.
