I'll be getting some when this damn Oregon flood weather passes and spring decides to show up...
I'll take a pic of front/rear wheels - my fronts are like... dark grey, lol...

I have those. Best set of pads ever. I don't think I'll ever put anythink other than Akebono Euros on my E34.

Just put a set on my fronts about a month ago. I'll never run anything but them in the future. They'd be kind of overkill on the rears though. I'm using Raybestos QS on the rears. I now have virtually no dust on fronts or rears. Which helps keeping my Style 5's clean.Originally Posted by Jehu
I also painted the rotor hubs on the fronts and swapped out reman calipers up front. New hoses also. With virtually no dust, that stuff will look great for a long time to come.

wow...just checked...those aint cheap!
What about brake pad residue? Do these still fling off chunks of pad on your wheels when given a workout?Originally Posted by uscharalph

No they're not, but worth every penny and even more. Just think of all the time you save cleaning your wheels. Just imagine how clean your next brake job is and because of that how much time it saves you.Originally Posted by bmwpower
