    Default body shop pics

here are some pics of some work i'm getting done on the car- i'm guessing the damage was done by bad jacking. these guys are great, they are doing this patch on both sides, switching the doors, painting and installing new front quarters, replacing the muffler (nasty surprise- the last one was welded on) and the dogbones and guessing a little over can$1000. i pretty much calculated this kind of a job into the purchase price and still think i'm coming out ahead as the motor is new last year (i'm told...) and the rest of the body is great. still keep running into surprises, tho... very glad y'all are around.

on wilson and maisonneuve next to the carwash... you're neck of the woods, i think. i had an appointment for september and just got in this week, they are really busy guys. mario does the bodywork and teaches it in verdun somewhere and chris does general machanic stuff and keeps people like me out of mario's hair. very fair and they do proper work... and judging by the sets of tires in there you could probably talk them into storing your summers. my car is there probably until early next week... first time i've been without my baby and i'm already getting the shakes! (see my last post, lol)

    ugly... isn't it.

in montreal, it's 'sealed' that counts.

you can see the last rear muffler pipes were welded to the pipes out of the centre muffler and it's pretty tight in there so i can understand it's going to be a pitb to put the new one on.
