turn signals don't work

I Just got my car running and now the blinkers don't work. the fuses are good but they don't work. I figured its a relay.. where would I find the relay for the blinkers and where would I buy the relay?

did you check for power at both sides of the fuse?

nope nothing at all. I will get the volt meter out and check the fuses.
