Default Found this outside today: (For you Dave M.)

Found this outside today. Can I keep him dad? Please! Please! Please! I promise to care for him, feed him and even walk him!

Just picked up this e28 535is. I ****in love this car, original owner, real nice guy. The amount of care that this car recieved is ridiculous. 4 inches of service records, sport seats are in great condition, all the electronics work, and ZOMG EVERY tool is in the tool kit, including the original fuses and shammy. :rofl is front spoiler is in perfect condition, and the best part, no rust!

    Electric thigh bolsters still work!

Honestly, you should skip the claybar.

It's so far oxidized you should hit it with a heavy compound and remove not only the oxidation but that crud left in the paint as well.

If you need any recommendations on how / what machines+pads and such, let me know.

Now, when you say for Dave M, I'm assuming I can come pick it up whenever I'd like
Wow, you are a lucky SOB and I hate you for it. That is exactly what I want, even one of my two preferred colors. Once the paint is prettied up, its gonna look incredible. May I ask what ballpark the price was in?

My wife was just saying how badly our next house needs to include a bigger garage to accomodate the inevitable e28 and 911. I really do love her

    Did I mention I'm a tad jealous?

    Congats on a great find,

    Dave
