Do you want autodimming or just manual mirror.

What's wrong with the one you have. Do you want the same type or different?

Any mirror from any bmw with the same 10 pin plug will work, though I believe Qsilver7 said to get later ones to NOT interfere with the factory keyless entry you had to clip pin 6? (search that, I'm not sure!)

I'm currently using an e46 electrochromatic mirror in my Touring, and it is SO worth it over manual mirrors.

    thanks for the replies:

mine is a manual twist on/off glass mount. No electrical connections. I just want to replace it. Mine is rattling, interior plastic brackets are broken.

    thanks again ....

If it's not hassle, you might be tempted to get an autodimming mirror. Mine dimms by just the right amount so that when it's dark you can see stuff behind without being blinded. In comparison, I find that normal rearview mirrors are either too dark or too blinding at night.

i have that too... called 5% and the mirror is still a 500% improvement.

fsteyer: it is plug n play. I got mine for $3.25... far less than the $30 ebayers wanted for manual mirrors.

I got an autodim from a '94 E32, plug and play.

    Do it.
