Default My 635csi 1988 at the track VIDEO

This car is amazing, much better than the E34, and it feels lighter, very nice to drive on the track and doesn't feel too heavy.

it may feel lighter but depending on options and year they are with in about 150 pounds one way or the other with the later 6ers being the porkyest, i think it's the more centered between the wheel base seating position as they ride on about the same suspension, not sure about the weight distribution difference but id guess the 6 is pretty good

I do agree, I noticed that my friend has the whole leather interior, mine is the basic interior but with recaro seats.

The suspension is pretty much the same, the rear axle is E28, but race urethane bushings took care of that.

Car is just much easier and more fun to drive on the track than my 535i...

Looks sharp Bruno! Bet that thing is a blast to sling around the track.

It does need stiffer sway bars, but the car handles very well with spax springs and bilsteins Sports.

Can't wait to add a lighter flywheel and maybe a hotter cam.

i scored a e34 m5 flywheel off the bay for under 100 delivered, looks to be around 11# and works good in my 6er, only have one day of driving on it so no real abuse yet, the m5 clutch i got for it seems to be easy enough on the leg

Default The car is now for sale...

Too many cars, I am now selling my Jeep Grand cherokee and my 635csi to make room to the new addition to the familly, the turbo beast.
