Brake Light, Tail Light, Licence Plate warnings

Hi All

I found this thread and it looks like it could be my problem as I am getting the Lic Plate Light, Dip Beam and Brake Light warnings (Brake Light one is particularly annoying as it sits there flashing until you turn the engine off).



Any advances on what is written in the thread (basically that the head light level motors are at fault)? The twist is my warnings only seem to trigger when its wet and then only intermittently, do you think this is still the cause? Is it just a case of replacing them? I'm not even going to try to repair them as these guys have done!

Remove the connectors from the headlight level motors and then see what happens. That is the easiest test.
