1990 535im 61,xxx original miles

Hello,

Job situation forces sale of a 1990 silver on blue 535i 5 speed. 61,xxx miles! I bought it from the original owner about 4 months ago. I've been slowly getting the mechanicals solid on it.

Runs great, everything works.
Had radiator replaced in 2004, also had new clutch in 2004 (around 40k miles)
Has michelin pilots w/7k on them
Things I've done : o2 sensor, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel filter, all vacuum hoses, intake gasket, synthetics in tranny, diff (limited slip), clay bar.

Things it needs : oil pan gasket (leak not too bad after tightning pan bolts), repair minor stiching problem on (drivers seat, rear seat , steering wheel),
Paint is starting to fade on horizontal surfaces.
Has some slight dents on hood (can get estimate from dentless repair shop).
