The O2 sensor can be had for <$70. It unscrews from the exhaust pipe and has a wire connector. Two plastic screws for the wire protector.Easy job. Just because the computer gives the code associated with a particular component that component isn't always bad. Having said this it is sometimes cheaper to guess with inexpensive parts then pay for a (hopefully correct) diagnosis.
I have no idea what "associated tubing" might be. If they mean the silicone covering for the O2 sensor wires, it comes with the sensor.
