1223 Coolant Temperature Sensor

After flushing my coolant system i did the stomp test and this code came up... What does this mean? new coolant temp sensor time? Temp seems fine except for this one time when the needle when to the next line over closer to the red, stayed there for a few seconds and went back to normal.

i couldn't loosen the bottom bolt of the thermostat housing so no i didn't change it yet.

So when i buy the new temp sensors, i no longer get the fault codes...
