Trying to remove the driveshaft - help!

I can't get the driveshaft off! I unbolted the flex disc and the center bearing, and it sags down in the center but it won't come off of the transmission flange! The Bentley mentions a clamping sleeve, but my driveshaft doesn't have one. The final drive flange also looks completely different. Any ideas?

Unbolt the other end?

sometimes it takes a little prying to get the shaft off the back of the tranny, theres not much telescope to the shaft so it depends on the center support being unbolted
