Default Daughter ran over a bike

fortunately no one was on it. It was at night on a fast 2-lane and she tore the heck out of the driver side lip, fog light and lower trim. Question is, is that lower lip all one integral piece with the bumper? ETK makes it look so. If that is the case, what are my options? Used, new oem or aftermarket aero piece? I find it hard to believe that lip isn't a separate piece. Any suggestions?

1 pc. ~250 from BM. Aftermarket on ebay for < $100but likely junk and $125 shipping.
Please take your place in line behind me for a used one. Actually look at my WTB thread in the classifieds, there is a guy in CA. with one.

    oops, I meant to say $450, actually $438.00 list # 51 11 1 944 630.
Part of the $924 estimate for what sounds like the same damage to the GFs car.
