Default Fuel Pressure Regulator - Installation ?

I am looking at the new FPR and the existing one. They both seem similar. I can't see any type of ring... nor where it would go to hold the FPR in place.

    Thanks for any help

I too see it in the parts manual, however mine does not have such a ring. Maybe that is why I am having problems? lol

the regulator is held into the flared end with a circlip.. you can't see the clip because it's hidden by the flared end of the fuel rail

you'll see it when you remove the fuel rail from the intake manifold

    ahhhhh....

I thought I was seeing something in the slots. I wasn't planning on pulling the rail... but if I have too I will.

    Thanks
