Default Is it possible to fix/replace rear defoggers?

I was just wondering if it's possible to replace the rear defoggers without buying new rear glass? Thanks!

The short answer to this is nn - the elements are bonded into the glass during the manufacturing process and the only way to repair them is with conductive paint (often fails though) or glass replacement.

If you check your insurance policy you can often get any glass replaced without affecting your no claims bonus if it gets ... erm .... accidentally broken
