    Must have been a police car or similar. Note manual windows and dash mounted reading light for passenger.

    Awesome. I wasn't too sure if the 520i got the same wide grille treatment "upgrade" as did the 525i in the much-later years of the E34 run, this shows that it did.

    The centre console looks pretty different too, below the air vent controls...

    i see a big 01 on the side and a confederate flag on the rood.

    Haha yeah, and just saw off the exhaust and weld on some turndowns for the same effect.....and welding the doors shut is a requirement.

    Herr General Lee! Put a Confederate flag on top and an '01' on the side and you've got yourself a sale! (just noticed I'm not the first one to suggest this)

    I like the orange. But the photos look funky, I'm suspecting some photochoppage. I think Dave is right on with his feedback observation.
