735i - 535i exhaust query

quick question, what parts of an E32 735i exhaust system will fit on my E34 535i? The two main items i need are the downpipes and the rear muffler. thanks

rear muffler wont be a direct fit, it will fit with modification though.

for anyone that is interested, the rear muffler was exactly the same as my old one and fitted perfectly. just have to cut back the tailpipes as they are slightly too long. also the middle silencer fitted too after shortening the pipes with the flanges on them. oh and the downpipes fitted too.

I thought the whole lot was identical, are u sure your new one was not off an 735iL?
