Default csi 4 pistons again ...

well ... I'm selling my old E34 soon, but I wont leave the 4 piston calipers on it, as they are very rare to find.

I was only afraid that I would loose the braking balance between the front and the rear if I installed them on my E31.

is the braking system hydraulics different in the E31 than the E34? I felt so but I can't make sure yet.

the E31 brakes are already autobahn ready for fast stops from 180mph+ I personally wouldnt want to be changing and finding a dangerous inbalance issue when you might need it. How fast have you gotten the E31 up to so far? Full speed no doubt, whats those chips top out at, is there still a limiter?

well I have the chips on ... top limit is off. RPM can go to 7K ... I drove 280Km/h around 175m/h. but IF the CSi used those brakes then they should be better ... honestly I have no problem in braking ... but the 4pistons are smoother at high speed and they respond to the ABS better than the single piston caliper.
