Default Trans program after changing fluid

Doing maintenance on car and changed trans fluid, filter now I am getting trans program message. Car is on jacks so not sure if trans will go into limp mode. Mechanic has serviced trans every 15k since purchased 75k miles ago and have never had problems. I searched archives and find nothing similar. I did a computer reboot and no changes.
Not sure where to start and looking for some input.
Any information / ideas would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Kurt

Did you make the trans fluid change correctly? Enough fluid?
Letting the engine run and go thru all gears?
There is some info/instructions on my website below, search for the link to europeantransmissions.com

if you haven't filled it back up to near full levels, there's a high probability that you pinched a wire putting a pan back on.

Default Shogun, Having trouble with web link. Can't connect.

I was careful to make sure about any wires or obstructions when putting pan back. Guess I need to find out what error code is showing. Any suggestions on a reader?
I drained fluid, had trouble getting pans off but finally broke loose. Cleaned the old gasket off tranny and pans. Put pans back on and had to Helicoil 3 stripped bolts. Filled fluid, ended up being a little low after starting and running, (trans prog message came on) added more fluid to proper level. Message stays on.
