Default Will this be worth it?

http://www.proflowdesign.com/tbbmw.html, i found this website that sells oversized throttle bodies, it says its for the e36 but an m50 is an m50 so it should fit right? And if my throttle body is bigger do i have to upgrade my injectors too? Thanks for the Help guys

it wont be worth it unless you get a tuned chip that will benefit from the extra airflow, even then i doubt it would be much without FI.

You could always give it a try and let us know, a friend of mine put a larger TB and intake on his Dodge dakota and somehow got a 30lb torque increase at the dyno...

The throttle plate in a E36 325 and a E34 535 are as near as dammit the same diameter ie. 65mm, and it is only a minor restriction at high revs on the larger 535 (stock).
On that basis I reckon a larger throttle body will be no use at all to you unless you increase air flow dramatically with big cams etc. like Markus says.
A bigger throttle body on a stock engine will probably result in a loss of low and mid range torque.
