Just another reminder,,,,,,,dont put off prophoylactic maintainence-
On my way home,,,i saw the temp gauge go up to the red zone(95 M50, 84k miles),****--,,pulled over just before the 'chime of death' told me i should. Limped the car back home 10 miles over the next hour and a half- im on the phone to BMA tomorrow early, for a new water pump.
Shoulda replaced the fecker a month back, while i was thinking about it, but no.
Exactly how does one properly maintain a prophoylactic? Not leaving it in your wallet too long?
