Default e36 stock cd stacker won't eject

I was putting in some cd's to my mothers car and the CD player won't work now. I think I put them in upside down and the stacker won't eject either. I there a manual way to remove the stacker. Its a bmw e36 328i 1996 model. Stock radio and cd stacker.

I've done this actually last week. They are pretty easy. Did it chuck a CD ERROR also?

Germans: Why can't they make everything?

pull the CD stacker out mate, and take the covers off, you'll have to do it manually you should be able to pull the cd up using a cog at the front middle which controls a screw with moves the cd's up and down on the player side (as opposed to the magazine side) then once it is aligned with its original position on the magazine see if you can manipulate the cogs at the back so that it spits the cd back into the magazine.
once you get the cover's out (including the bit which has the eject button on it) you can remove the mag by pushing down on the bit just below the front of the magazine.
