Cant reset oil service lights

you ground pins 19 and 7 together right? anyway i changed my oil today and tried with a metal coat hanger and a pieces of copper wire. still doesnt want to reset.

This is the setup I use all the time. It works perfect for me. I tried the 7-19 combo, and it didn't work. Grounding it to the car body did.

The ground pin didn't work for me. I used the body for ground.
