Default Got a few extra bucks? REAL Shelby series one....

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/shelb...QQcmdZViewItem

Taken from another site... written by a race driver who has driven one...

"I got to drive one (year ago?). Giant rumbling v8. No flywheel at all. Grabby clutch. I killed it about 15 times in 30 minutes. You basically had to be spinning the (giant) rear tires to get away from a stoplight. The shift lever was like something out of a truck, about 3 feet long. It shifted like a truck too. Push, shove, clank, phew. It's the anti-lexus. I loved it."

Ew! That just looks cheap, they put that crappy chinese plastic everwhere! Looks like the same interior from a cheap ford truck.
    No thanks!

    Default Over glorified kit cars

for a 100K, I could buy a new M6, or an Alpina B8 that's floating around the Honolulu classifieds.

You would think that someone really trying to sell a $100k car would put a little more time in the ad... and maybe take the dang cover all the way off for the pictures!

It does make you wonder, now doesn't it...

If I was selling a 100k car, I would have had heaps and heaps of pics of it, a full history, and and all sorts of info on my listing!!

Probably hasn't been started in years, all the seals have dried out, the oil and fuel have gone bad, and all those lovely things too!!

And I agree... Not a pretty car by a long shot!!

    Gone but NEVER forgotten. :'(

    And then...

I disagree, I think it's a very pretty car. I wouldn't care for one, but it's pretty nonetheless.
